As from the 1st of December 2018, ALPI Suomi changes the name to ALPI Finland OY and moves the office and warehouse to Helsinki, situated directly at the harbor in Vuosaari.
Kjeld Tygesen, Managing Director of ALPI Danmark, says, “We experience an increase in activities in the Finnish market and wish to strengthen the possibility of further growth throughout Scandinavia. For this reason, we now make the investment and acquire the operations of ALPI Finland.
“We are completely focused on continuing the rapidly increasing growth in just about every one of our business areas. And with the investment in ALPI Finland, we acquire a stronger position in the Finnish market. Fortunately, ALPI Finland has capable and experienced staff who will continue the solid everyday collaboration with customers and partners. However, organisationally and managerially, ALPI Finland will be referring to ALPI Danmark,” says Kjeld Tygesen.
Vesa Miettinen, Managing Director of ALPI Finland, looks forward to developing Finnish operations in close collaboration with ALPI colleagues around the world.
